Our company's management vision is to "improve the well-being of all employees."
We believe that each individual's "physical, mental and social well-being" leads to improved quality of life (QOL), productivity, corporate profits and connections with society.
All employees should be connected to society and think about what is good for them. As a company, we support our employees so that they can constantly ask themselves questions and take action.
While society today touts the promotion of women's participation in the workforce, the reality is that support is not being provided for women's specific health issues, life events, and career advancement, which differ depending on the gender.
Furthermore, despite the fact that working men and women are at an age where they are struggling with both public and private issues such as childcare, menopause, and caring for family members, there has been little progress in providing support.
We provide a learning environment for both men and women regarding menstruation, infertility treatment, trying to conceive, pregnancy, childbirth, childcare, menopause, and old age, and we build support systems and assistance measures.
We will work together to help people acquire the correct knowledge and coping methods, and deepen understanding among both those involved and those providing support.
