- Inquiry response time: Weekdays (Monday to Friday) 10:00-15:00
- Inquiries made on weekends and holidays will be responded to on the next business day.
- We usually reply within three business days, but depending on the content, it may take longer.
- Please note that it may take longer during busy periods and long holidays (Obon, New Year's holidays, etc.).
